Our story so far...

FFF Catering is primarily an Outside Catering company which David Mecot Fournillier founded in May 2009 when lifelong friends and family who are passionate about food decided to start a catering project in Ashford, Kent.

The name of the company 'FFF' was suggested by Samuel - one of David's three sons - which stand for Fournillier Fantastic Feast. The name sounded great and that was the beginning of our story.

Over the years, FFF has managed the catering at the Ashford Rugby Club, provided consultation service for the Croft Hotel in Ashford and the World's Wonder Pub & Restaurant in Warehorne.

For many years, we are the in-house caterer at the Elwick Club, Ashford (our base) serving the likes of Rotary Club, Ashford district 41 Club, Kent Corps Intelligence, and friends and carers of Alzheimers on a regular basis and many others events throughout the year. http://www.elwickclub.co.uk

We also provide Hog Roast, BBQ's, Finger Buffets, Hot & Cold Buffets, Sit down meals either at various venues and halls or within your own private home or grounds. You may also see us from time to time at markets or festivals around Kent.


David Mecot Fournillier

David Mecot Fournillier

David is originally from Trinidad, West Indies. David has more than 30 years of Catering experience having worked in various hotels, restaurants and pubs around the county and country.

David is the founder of FFF Catering. He is passionate about Food. He is married to a French wife and they have 3 lovely sons together.

Due to his roots and family, he brings a French and Caribbean influence to some of his dishes. He is renowned for his famous goat curry and jerk chicken.

Thierry Tison

Thierry and David have been friends since they worked together for Ibis Hotels in the UK in the 80's.

Thierry carried on working in various hotels and positions gaining administration knowledge over the past 30 years. He helped David back in 2009 at the start FFF Catering.

Since 2013, Thierry looks after the administration and logistics side of the business. He is your main point of contact regarding all the booking process to ensure all those minute details are passed on to the operation team.

However, being a small friendly business, you may seem him occasionally putting on his waistcoat to help supervise big events.

Some of our team members have been with us for many years and some have recently joined. One common factor is that they all share the passion of David & Thierry in delivering your event to your requirements with quality and a friendly attitude and smile.
